1. Information We Collect
When registering for a class: child's name and age, parent's name, phone number, email. When subscribing to our newsletter: email address. When sending feedback: name, email or phone, message content. IP address and browser type may also be recorded automatically for security purposes.
2. Purpose of Use
Information is collected to process class registrations, send notifications/newsletters, and respond to questions or feedback from parents.
3. Legal Basis
Collection and processing of personal data, especially children's data, complies with Decree 13/2023/Nฤ-CP on personal data protection. For children's data, the school only collects it with the clear consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Your Rights
Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data they provided by contacting the school directly using the details below.
5. Third-Party Sharing
Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (Supabase) and email services used to operate the system, and is never sold or shared for third-party advertising purposes.
6. Retention Period
Class registration data is retained for 24 months from the enrollment date, or until a deletion request is made. Newsletter data is retained until the user unsubscribes.
7. Security Measures
The system uses data encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and two-factor authentication (2FA) for admin accounts.
